Memorial Stadium

A landmark for more than 50 years, Memorial Stadium was renovated and expanded in 2018. The stadium features a lighted turf field, digital scoreboard, jumbotron, and seating for 5,000 fans.

Located at the south end zone, the James J. Holmes Field House includes locker rooms for the home and visiting teams, multiple concession stands and restrooms, and a small sports-themed playground.

The upper level of Field House houses the Chatham County Parks and Recreation main offices, plus a spacious multi-purpose room outfitted with AV, flexible seating, and a large open-air balcony that looks out onto the field from behind the goal posts. The venue hosts a steady stream of County events and is available to rent for private or community events seven days a week.
