Frank G. Murray

Since 1998, the Frank G. Murray Community Center has been a hub for wellness, creativity, and connection in Chatham County. Named in honor of former Commissioner Frank G. Murray, the center continues his legacy of community service through dynamic, inclusive programs for all ages.

Stay active with yoga, pilates, line dancing, chair fitness and more — or spark your creativity in a variety of art classes. Get in on the fun with games and interactive activities. Learn with us through engaging cultural and enrichment programs.

Looking for social fun? Join Bingo, Relax & Color, Inspiration Circle, and more to connect and stay engaged in our community.

The center also offers tech help, wellness workshops, community resources, and rental spaces for meetings and events.

Family Activities and Activities for all ages offered; children must be accompanied at all times by custodial adult.

Pet Policy: Pets not allowed in facility; Owners must not leave dogs unattended at any time in vehicles or elsewhere on the grounds.

Free on-site parking available during programming for participants only.

Service Animals: Allowed when serving in a working capacity in accordance with the Revised Americans with Disabilities Act Service Animal Requirements.
