Description

The 7,500+ sq. ft. Anderson Cohen Weightlifting Center features Olympic platforms, powerlifting combo racks, free weights, modern strength machines, and fully equipped locker rooms with showers and saunas.

The Anderson Cohen Weightlifting Center is Chatham County’s premier strength training facility, serving residents through inclusive, professionally coached strength and conditioning programs. Calendar of Events:

 

October 2026 Anderson Cohen Weightlifting Center calendar featuring weekly fitness classes, including Flex & Flow, W.O.W., GEM classes and GEM H.I.I.T. classes. The calendar highlights the Wags 4 Weights weightlifting event and dog rescue on October 10, along with a Trunk or Treat event on October 31. A QR code and instructions for registering for classes are included at the bottom.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not allowed, with the exception of Service Dogs officially serving in a working capacity.

Service Animals: Allowed when serving in a working capacity in accordance with the Revised Americans with Disabilities Act Service Animal Requirements.
